Christ  *  Community  *  Cause

Christ:  The church exists to be in connection with the triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  In each venue that presents itself through the life of ECC it is critical that somehow there is an ongoning vertical connection.  This is especially emphasized as we give ourselves to God during our service of worship

Community: Each human is designed for community where they can be known deeply, receive care, and grow to maturity.  Our desire is that each person involved at ECC would be connected with consistent and deep community.  This is accomplished primarily in the form of small groups. 

Cause:  As followers of Jesus Christ we are each enrolled in His mission, and each one of us has a unique and special role to play based upon our own history, gifts, current place in life and the given context of our church and extended community.  As maturing disciples of Jesus Christ, we look outside of ourselves with His eyes and give ourselves to His cause.
