What really is the Gospel?
What is the Good News?
Come join us Sunday A.M. as we seek the deeper meaning of these questions, studying the book of Luke in worship. We encourage you to read the text ahead of time to prepare for worship.
Text for February:
-
February 5 - Luke 20:27-48
-
February 12 - Luke 20:45-21:4
-
February 19 - Luke 21:5-38
-
February 26 - Luke 22:14-23
As we seek deeper understanding of God's Word, looking at what's really there, may love, hope, mission and healing shine in a broken world through us! This is our prayer. This is God's promise. |

LENT: A six week journey with the global church to the cross and resurrection of Christ. A time to "try on" new things & "take off" old things.
Ash Wednesday - This service begins Lent with a time to consider our own death so that we more fully live now. Wed. Feb 22nd @ 7pm
"72" Personal Devotional Time - Devotional and training material to be engaged on our own that emphasizes how we can be people following Jesus' lead and commandment to share the Good New so that others may know Him. Throughout Lent
Evangelism Gathering - For those who have a passion or increasing interest in seeing others come to know Christ. Brian Frable is hosting two gatherings to fuel and pray for such efforts. Tues. Feb 28th @ 7pm and Tues. April 3rd @ 7pm
Lenten Meditation - A quiet time of reflection on the "I am" statements of Jesus from the book of John with the encouragement to continue meditation throughout the week. This is not a time of Bible study, rather it is time to "be still" in God's presence that will perhaps change our hearts towards God & others causing us to act differently coming out of meditation. Friday's Feb 24th - April 6th, 5:30pm
