The website is based on a 'content management system' named Joomla! ( based on a Swahili word "jumla" meaning "all together" or "as a whole").  This aptly describes how the system was developed and also our hope of how we will be able to collaborate and develop this site in the future.

Please note:  We show pictures and names of people in our congregation in the website.  If you object to any picture or information of your family members in any way, please contact the webmaster and these will be promptly removed.

This site is dynamic with easy updates and content that can be automatically removed as it becomes dated.   It is collaborative because many of us will be able to contribute material over the internet.    Bert and the staff are able to approve material before publication.  It is inexpensive because we will maintain it ourselves and we are using free tools developed by the Open Source community.   We also hope that over time we will be able to replace many processes done on paper today.
